Senior High School 10
Malang held a camping for 10th grader. This camp would be held at
‘Wonokoyo Camping Earth’. Arthur was the leader in this event, He coordinated
and lead his entire friends in 10th grader. Mr. Snowberry as coach
of scout in Senior High School 10 Malang chose Arthur to be leader because he was
good in academic and never gave up to find scholarship. Actually there were two
candidates of this event, Arthur and Terensia. Unfortunately Terensia had bad
attitude with his teachers and also his friends. While Arthur always went everywhere
with Kylie, his friend
On Friday morning at 5
am, Arthur asked permission for camping to his parents. The conversation was begun
in the porch of Arthur’s house.
“Mom, Dad I want to
join camping. This is my school’s event that will be held only for 10th
grader in order to teach us how to survive, especially when we’re in the free
nature,” Arthur explained
“Mom and Dad agree if
you join this kind of camping as long as you can take care of yourself,” Arthur’s Mom answered
“Thank you Mom and Dad,
let me go to school and don’t forget to pray for me so that I can solve every problem,” Arthur
asked
“I hope you can solve
every problem and went home with good condition,” Arthur’s Dad answered
“Ok Mom, Dad” Arthur
answered

All of 10th
grader gathered in front of Light House to have briefing and check the
preparation.
“Listen to me friends! Attention!
Before we have camp let’s pray, pray begin,” Arthur asked
“Amen,” Arthur closed
the pray
“Made a line please and
entered the bus one by one! OK. Understood? “Arthur asked
“Yes, understood,” 10th
grader
Every student sang a
song together
“We love camping, we
love camping, together, together
Never be separate,
separate, separate and together”
One hour later….
They arrived in
‘Wonokoyo Camping Earth’. Immediately they made tent base on each group.
“Let’s go friends,
move, move, and move!!” spirit by Arthur
“Ok. Lets made tent
together!” Kylie Answered
“Put the wood and tent
in here!” Arthur Asked
“Arthur help us please,
don’t only asked but you have to do something useful,” Kylie Exclaim
“I am so sorry; yeah
may I help you to put the wood?” Arthur bargain
“Yes, you may,” Kylie
accepted

10 PM…
All of camping
participant gathered in field, the place in center of camping area. Committee
already prepared bon fire to keep us warm in the night. In the other side Mr.
Snowberry and Mrs. Julience have been seen as a couple because they used same
uniform. They wanted to give some information to camping participant.
“Ok, students we will
have game, this game will be done in group. There are some rules that you have
to listen carefully because it is very important and also follow the rules.”
Mrs. Julience gave information
“1. You have to in a
group, don’t separate each other.
2. Started from this way then followed this
way until you find yellow flag.
3. In behind yellow flag was instruction that
should done in order to find the other flag?
4. If you followed the instruction, you will come
back again in here. As a result the fastest group will be winner automatically.
Clear enough?” Mr. Snowberry asked

The students followed
instruction, they entered a dark forest. Suddenly a group took Arthur’s
flashlight. It made Arthur group separate each other. Unfortunately only Arthur
that be victim of this accident. Arthur cannot saw anything, he cannot said
anything; his hand was vibrate, and decided to walk little by little. Besides
Arthur group scream “Arthur, Arthur, where you go?” Kylie screamed.
Unintentionally Arthur felled down into big hole. “Aaaaaa, help me please”
Arthur screamed. Mr. Snowberry realized that kind of voice. “Oh yeah this is
Arthur’s voice, what’s going on to him?” Mr. Snowberry got panic and directly
found out the source of that voice. In the last Arthur has been found by Mr.
Snowberry, he hold Arthur’s hand to rise him up from the big hole.
“Are you Ok?” Mr. Snowberry asked
“Yes sir, I am Ok. Perhaps only my foot and
calf were hurt by branch of plant,” Arthur answered.
“Let’s went to tent and
you might took a rest for a while until healthy again,” Mr. Snowberry asked
“Thank you, sir.”
Arthur Answered
“You are welcome,”
They
went to camp together, but in the middle of the way they met Arthur’s group.
They helped Arthur’s group to give light over them... Arthur’s group told to
Mr. Snowberry that a group stole our flashlight, and then they run away full
with laugh.
“How
pity we are, sir” Kylie said
“When
we cannot saw anything Arthur lost from the group,” Tinker said plainly base on
true reality.
“Don’t
judge past time, however we need move and continue this camp,” Arthur gave
motivation to his group.
“Yes,
all right, Arthur. How about your foot? I saw blood flow in your calf,” Tinker
asked
“Don’t
worry! I am Ok. Perhaps only my foot and calf were hurt by branch of plant,”
Arthur Answered

In
Wonokoyo Camping Earth...
Arthur’s
group and Mr. Snowberry arrived in the camping, they found Terensia’s group
frightened behind their tent.
“Why
you were looked so anxious?” Arthur asked
“After
we took your flashlight, a mysterious animal chased us. I was so sorry,
Arthur.” Terensia apologized to her naughty
“No
problem, therefore you have to understand first before you judged something.”
Arthur answered
“Why
you said like that,” Terensia asked very curious face.
“The
mysterious animal is Mrs. Julience, she was pretend to be monster over night.”
Arthur laugh for a while.
“Oh
My God, I never thought about that,” Terensia laugh louder until all of
students recognize it.
They
continued their camping…..
